Battle of the Books

Battle of the Books is coming to our school May 15, 16 and 17. Each class decides how to select a 5 member team. Each grade level competes to see which team can answer correctly the content questions posed by the judges. There are ten rounds of one question per team. At the end the team with the most right answers wins.

The winners of the 6th grade competion will compete on May 22 with several other schools.

Reading for fun is an important part of the process of becoming information literate consumers of information. What is difficult is deciding what is fun reading for you.

Background

This Blog was started as a place for students to post information about books they have read "Just for the Fun of It." Once I figure out how to limit comments I will open up the flood gates.
